What you'll be doing...

You’ll be supporting our Fire & General Advisers and Associates to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From processing insurance programmes with accuracy and care to prepping reports, you’ll play a key role in making sure our service feels seamless.

  • Preparing client insurance reports and premium funding options
  • Processing new and existing client insurance programmes
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records (electronically)
  • Keeping everything ticking along with accuracy, care, and a collaborative mindset

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help bring these values to life across every touchpoint.

A glimpse into what you’ll be doing...

This role is perfect for someone with some experience in brand, engagement, or communications who’s ready to grow and make an impact. You’ll work closely with our team on building social media content, coordinating brand projects, and keeping our marketing and communications consistent and impactful.

You’ll also help drive external engagements within our industry networks to boost our presence and influence. It’s a varied, visible role with plenty of room to develop and make your mark.

  • Management of our social media platforms, including the coordination and creation of content, working closely with key stakeholders
  • Championing brand consistency and crafting high-impact collateral across signage, digital, marketing, and communications channels.
  • Ensuring all written content reflects our brand personality and builds trust with audiences.
  • Liaising with sponsors and coordinating events to ensure they’re on-brand, well-run, and memorable events
  • Assisting with internal communications and people experience initiatives

To thrive in this role, you’ll:

Be someone who believes in the power of connection, collaboration, and showing up with integrity. You also bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, organisational skills and project confidence
  • A mix of creativity and practicality—you love taking ideas through to execution
  • A proven eye for design and consistency - graphic design capability a plus
    • E.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher)
  • An ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners alike to ensure brand consistency
  • Genuine desire to grow and take ownership of meaningful, visible work
